This Privacy Policy explains how HandyHomePro Services, operated by Assured Leads LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of handyhomeproservices.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the details about your home service job that you submit through our quote and contact forms.
Consent records: which of our separate consent boxes you checked (account-related texts, marketing texts, marketing calls, marketing email), and the date/time of your submission.
Technical information: IP address, browser/user-agent, and referring page, collected automatically to help process and secure your request.

2. How we use your information

To review your request, prepare quotes, and schedule and perform the work you ask about.
To contact you about your request by phone, email, or, if you checked the account-related texts box, SMS text messages about your service request (quote details, scheduling, appointment reminders, status updates).
To send marketing communications — email offers and, where you have separately opted in, marketing text messages and marketing telephone calls from HandyHomePro Services — which you can stop at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

To fulfill your request, we share your job details and contact information with the HandyHomePro team assigned to your area and project so they can prepare your quote and perform the work. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. SMS consent is used only to enable communications from HandyHomePro Services. Any information sharing needed to service your request (described above) is separate from, and does not include, your SMS opt-in data or consent.

4. SMS / text messaging

Our SMS program has two separate categories, each with its own opt-in checkbox on our forms: account-related messages (texts about a service request you submitted, such as quote details, scheduling, appointment reminders, and status updates) and marketing messages (recurring offers, promotions, seasonal reminders, and home-care tips, up to 6 messages per month). Opting in to either category is optional — you can submit a request and receive service without checking either box, and checking one box does not opt you in to the other category. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our SMS Policy for full details. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your choices

SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access / deletion: contact us at support@handyhomeproservices.com to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to service your request, maintain consent records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised above.
