By accessing or using handyhomeproservices.com (the "Site"), operated by Assured Leads LLC, doing business as HandyHomePro Services ("HandyHomePro," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are and what the Site does

HandyHomePro Services coordinates and manages residential repair, installation, outdoor, and remodeling work performed by certified, insured service teams operating under the HandyHomePro name. The Site lets you describe your job and request a free quote. The final scope, price, schedule, and performance of any work are confirmed in the quote and service agreement you receive before work begins.

3. No offer or guarantee of services

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Submitting a request does not create a service contract, guarantee availability in your area, or bind us to perform any work. Service availability varies by location and job type.

4. Licensing

Licensing requirements for home service work vary by state, locality, and trade. Teams performing work under the HandyHomePro name are insured and hold the certifications and licenses their trade and jurisdiction require.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You represent that any phone number and contact information you provide belong to you and that you are authorized to consent to being contacted at them. If you opt in to text messages, the program terms are described in our SMS Policy.

6. No warranties (Site)

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any warranties applicable to performed work are stated in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assured Leads LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided on it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Assured Leads LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our permission.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
